🦠 What is VirusWorld?

VirusWorld is a unique story-driven survival mod for Minecraft Java Edition 1.20.1 on Forge. The moment you enter your world, a mysterious purple virus begins spreading right before your eyes, converting every block it touches into Crying Obsidian. You have only 20 minutes before the virus completely devours your world and triggers a permanent Game Over!

The mod features full Arabic localization — all messages, item names, boss names, and the narrator system are in Arabic (Egyptian dialect).

⚔️ Quest System — 6 Epic Stages

Stage 0: The Dramatic Introduction

The first 50 seconds serve as a cinematic introduction. A Narrator (Guide) appears and explains that a strange virus has started spreading across the world. The only cure requires collecting 3 legendary ingredients from different locations and crafting the World Antidote.

Stage 1: Pure Water Vial — The Abandoned Temple

The Guide teleports you near a real structure in your world. Follow the smart compass on your HUD to reach it. During your journey, you'll face surprise ambushes from purple Corruption Zombies. Upon arrival, a massive boss spawns (Ferrous Wroughtnaut from Mowzie's Mobs) that you must defeat to unlock the chest containing the Pure Water Vial.

Stage 2: Ancient Herb — The Dark Temple

Same system but with a stronger boss (Frostmaw — The Frost Monster) and more frequent ambushes. Your goal is to obtain the Ancient Herb.

Stage 3: Crystal Core — Return to Base

Return to your original base and face the third boss (Maledictus from Cataclysm mod or Void Carrier — a custom 80 HP Enderman). Defeating it grants you the Crystal Core.

Stage 4: Crafting the Antidote

With all 3 ingredients collected, open a crafting table and craft the World Antidote (Shapeless Recipe: Pure Water Vial + Ancient Herb + Crystal Core).

Stage 5: The Final Battle — The Corruption Source!

Use the Antidote on any purple corrupted block. The Corruption Source spawns — a massive final boss with 600 HP, 15 attack damage, and a purple Boss Bar! At 50% health, it summons 10 fast Corruption Zombies. Defeat it and the entire world reverts back to normal! Every corrupted block returns to its original state, and celebratory fireworks fill the sky.

👹 Enemies & Bosses

• Corruption Zombies — Fast zombies with purple leather armor that appear in surprise ambushes
• Void Carrier — Custom Enderman with 80 HP that drops the Crystal Core
• The Corruption Source — Final boss with 600 HP, Boss Bar, and area corruption spreading

• Doomsday Timer — 20-minute countdown with a color-coded progress bar (green → yellow → red)

• Legendary Gear Distribution — Enchanted weapons, armor, and supplies given at each stage
• Auto-enabled keepInventory — So you don't lose progress on death

• Mod Compatibility — Automatically uses bosses and structures from popular mods if installed

🔗 Optional Mod Compatibility

VirusWorld works perfectly standalone, but automatically enhances the experience if these mods are installed:

• When Dungeons Arise — Better structures for quest locations
• Mowzie's Mobs — Stage 1 & 2 bosses (Ferrous Wroughtnaut, Frostmaw)
• Cataclysm — Stage 3 boss (Maledictus)
• Simply Swords — Legendary weapons (Brimstone Claymore, Storm's Edge, The Watcher)

If these mods are not present, VirusWorld automatically uses vanilla Minecraft fallbacks — no crashes, no issues.
